Whoohoo – it’s the summer holidays and the kids can enjoy the sunshine and recuperate. The question is what to do for holiday entertainment?
Our pizza ovens will be blazing on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with a 10″ marguerita from £6. If there is a group of you who would like pizza on another day, do get in touch as we cater to parties, weddings and events either at Stansted or nearby.
Gavin is making pork and apple sausages for this weekend, along with delicious meatballs and burgers and in the deli we have our ever popular pesto and humous which is part of my kids staple diet.
Stansted now offers some great kids entertainment (some of it for free!). There is now an outstanding new playground made from Stansted Douglas Fir that is already hugely popular. This is alongside the model railway (open Wednesdays and weekends) and the Maze (open during the holidays).
In the Farm Shop Courtyard there is Jenga, Connect4, boules and kids are welcome to draw on the blackboard.
So come along and enjoy all that Stansted has to offer – it’s not just beautiful countryside, South downs meadows, wild flowers and mature woodland.
