With this fantastic Indian summer we are having, we thought it would be appropriate to mention some of the delicious curry sauces we have in the farm shop that compliment our local meats. They are simple to prepare, fantastically tasty and can spice up your evening.
Green Saffron is a company that started in Ireland (the owner trained at Ballymaloe cookery school) and uses only the freshest spices for their mixes and sauces. There are no unneccessary additives and his spice mixes are used by top London chef’s such as Richard Corrigan and Rowley Leigh.
We currently stock their Jalfrezi and Korma sauces and it could not be easier to prepare your curry:
- Take a jar of Green Saffron’s sauce
- Add some meat, fish or veggies
- Throw in some peppers
Made in Cork, this incredible sauce contains no chemicals, no preservatives, no emulsifiers – in fact nothing artificial or dodgy – just pure flavour.
