The homepage shows the different product categories, which divide into subcategories such as beef and game and you can find out more about us and keep up to date with events and the blog.
We still have to put in lots of products, but hope that there is enough there to keep you all going for the time being. We are always at the end of the phone (02392 413 576) if you would like to discuss specific products – for example if you want a larger t-bone steak, or want your brill filleted, but it should also be straightforward to order your meatbox, chicken, cheese and chutneys which you can either have delivered, or can be ready for you to pick up at the shop.
We deliver throughout the UK, so if you want to send friends or family some wild Stansted venison with horseradish mustard, or some local partridge, then log on and enjoy.

I love to hear what is available in our region and in season. After a sudden appearance of beautiful mushrooms in the garden last Saturday, I found myself wishing I knew a safe to eat mushroom identifier. Any tips?
There are no clear cut rules to mushroom picking – you need to be absolutely sure that you have identified the correct mushroom and if you are unsure, then do not eat it – the consequences can be deadly! I would recommend Roger Phillips’ book on mushroom identification – and then ask an expert.
