For the rest of January we are offering 3 packs of any variety of sausages for £10 – a saving of about £4.

Gavin makes each batch of gluten free sausages by hand, using select cuts from the rare-breed pork that is reared in Birdham near Chichester.  There is a choice between Gloucester Old Spot pigs and Saddleback – both renowned for their eating qualitiies.  We also make venison, lamb, wild boar and beef sausages that also use wild and locally produced meat.

All of our sausages are gluten free (with the exception of the occassional Wild Boar and Ale sausages) – you cannot taste the difference, but with the rise in gluten intolerance, it would be a shame to exclude anyone.

Our sausages are dense, meaty and delicious – with at least 95% pure meat.  We hope you can pop in and have yourself a January bargain.
