Last weekend Gavin prepared a bespoke BBQ course for a group of friends who wanted to expand their repertoir beyond burnt sausages and raw chicken drum sticks.  Here’s the menu:

  • Smoked jalapeño stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon
  • BBQ rare breed pork baby back ribs
  • Harrissa marinaded leg of lamb
  • Yogurt marinaded tandoori style chicken
  • Grilled organic vegetables
  • Mixed grain salad
  • Flat breads.
