We are now stocking some fabulous Hampshire Charcuterie from Parsonnage Farm. This is British Charcuterie as it should be – made from select pork cuts (shoulder and belly) from their own pigs – with high welfare and outdoor reared on natural downland pastures.
The salamis are clearly handmade, with each one offering a tasty, aged and thouroughly satisfying chew. They are also extremely reasonably priced, with the small salamis at £3.50 and ideal to take on a hike or a picnic and with a choice of 5 flavours, ideal for a charcuterie board. Their £1 beer sticks are perfect – with a meaty, salty tang that demands a beer accompaniment (even though we tasted them at 10 in the morning – didn’t go quite so well with the coffee, but still pretty good!)
The flavours are:
- Red Wine & Garlic Salami
- Fennel & Garlic Salami
- Coriander Seed Salami
- Upham Stakes Beer and Thyme Salami
- Merguez
- Beer Sticks
