Fallow deer are now out of season, so we thought we might tempt you into trying goat – another fantastic tasting meat that is low in fat, and high in lots of good healthy things like protein and iron. We are hoping to get some goat for next week and will be taking pre-orders this week.
In the butchery we also have Rump Steak on Special at £15.99/kg from Hayling Island Aberdeen Angus beef, as well as the extremely popular scotch eggs, lamb koftas and meatballs that Gavin has been making.
