During this year’s Stansted Garden Show we did a number of superb cookery demonstrations. We were fortunate to have Neil Rusbridger showcasing the finest farm shop produce with a number of wonderful lamb and fish recipes including Rack of lamb, Pollock and Chorizo stew, BBQ Mackerel and a Salad of John Dory with Blackcurrant Vinaigrette.
Neil has very kindly written down his recipes so that you can recreate them at home (although possibly not as quickly as Neil who put the 3 fish dishes together within his 40 minute time slot!)
Neil trained with the Roux brothers, partnered Barry Phillips at the original White Horse in Chilgrove, and then ran the Dining Room at Purchase’s. He is now available as a private chef for any occasion that requires seriously tasty, beautiful food.
