The Producers Dinner was a huge success – with a lovely crowd who were able to enjoy some outstanding cooking from our very own Gavin.  Not only did he produce delicious canapés and 4 courses for 16 people in our very cramped kitchen, but he did so in a zen-like state of calm and tranquility.

Huge thanks to Gavin for all his work – and thanks to our local producers which included: Max’s Saddleback Pork, Southdown Lamb, Isle of Wight Soft Cheese, Nutbourne Tomatoes, Garlic Farm Garlic, Hampshire Honey, Golden Cross Goats Cheese, Munneries micro greens, Hayling Island Lobster, Hairspring Watercress, Winchester Beef, Stansted herbs, nasturtium and sweet peas, and Caroline’s Dairy Ice Cream.
