We are now stocking some lovely crab and fish cakes from Catch in the Isle of Wight – that are hand-made using local sustainable fish from the South Coast. They have won numerous Great Taste Awards and are simple and easy to cook from either fresh or frozen.

I would recommend serving them with a good squeeze of lemon juice and some Hairspring Watercress – although I did have them with sweet chilli dipping sauce as well.

Ingredients are fish, potato and fresh herbs and seasoning, so you can’t really go wrong with these.  Very popular with the kids, they are the ideal, healthy ready meal.
