On Saturday 6th February from 3pm Jamie from JK Fine Chocolates will be preparing Madagascan Origin Ganache truffles in the farm shop. If you come along you can learn all about chocolate making: help peel some cocoa nibs, roll some ganache and finish off the truffles with spices or nuts. After the 20 minute session you get to take home a box of 8 truffles in time for Valentine’s day. This can all be done for £12 – the price of a box of truffles!

Jamie has won numerous Great Taste Awards for his chocolates and caramel and is passionate about chocolate making. Each chocolate is crafted by hand using fresh ingredients and single origin sourced cocoa beans. He first learnt about chocolate after travelling in Costa Rica, and his rich chocolate ganache is made from hand roasted and crushed cocoa beans from the farm where he worked.
