Gavin is currently marinating some rare breed pork chops in his homemade Thai Green Curry Paste – and we have a recipe to compliment the marinade so that you can prepare yourself a seriously tasty, warming curry. The marinated pork chops are £9.50 per kg and if you would like us to put some aside, just let me know. We also have locally grown organic butternut squash from Wayside organics available this week.
The marinade consists of lemongrass, coriander, chilli, shallots, kaffir leaves, shrimp paste, lime juice, garlic, black pepper.
