Gavin’s homemade sausage rolls went down a storm at our Christmas tasting. Made with either rare-breed pork or wild Stansted Venison and wrapped in homemade pastry, they are delicious and ideal for a drinks party as a Christmas canape. Combined with smoked salmon and brown bread, and pigs in blankets, most of your work has been done for you.
The mini sausage rolls are available in packs of 12 at £3 each in the choice of pork or venison, while the pigs in blankets consist of our homemade chipolatas wrapped in streaky bacon and cost £15 per kg. They are seriously tasty doused in a honey and mustard glaze.
The sausage rolls are also available in the usual size if you want something a bit more substantial, with the medium size at £1.50 and large at £3.
These will be available for pre-order only in the run up to Christmas, so please let me know and we can have them ready for you to collect on your chosen day.
