The Stansted Kitchen is now OPEN

Gavin is back from his hols and is bringing out his Easter Menu.

We will be cooking every Wednesday to Sunday 12-2pm for the Easter Holidays and we are taking the cooking up a level.

We will have pizzas, flatbreads and salads – with delicious seasonal toppings. This week we have wild St Georges Mushrooms, wild garlic and Stansted grown parsley, and our flat bread will be local lamb shwama with marinaded beans, cumin, sour cream and the most outstanding house pickled lemons.  I’ve just had it for lunch and it was seriously delicious.

On Friday there will be a fresh fish wrap – and a changed menu next week.  We are already taking bookings for the Easter Weekend and Bank holidays.
