Our first ever Seasonal Supper at the farm shop was a huge success – 20 lovely guests enjoyed canapes and a four course supper that showcased local, seasonal produce and Gavin’s exceptional cooking.  The Crai Nou Pinot Noir paired perfectly with the venison main course that came with potato fondant, rainbow chard and porcini – with the Isle of Wight potato being the only ingredient that wasn’t from Stansted Park.

Our next Seasonal Supper will be held at 7.30pm on Thursday 19th October.  We have not yet finalized the menu, but will start with fish, then an Autumn salad course, local partridge and a pudding for £35.  First come first serve…Email me if you would like to book.

This week’s menu (see below) highlights include a delicious Croque Monsieur, a Chicken and bacon sandwich and a wild mushroom pizza, while Gavin is also cooking up Lamb Madras Pasties, Chicken with Mozzarella and red pepper sausage rolls and an outstanding pork terrine.

You can also feed the kids for £6 with decent, local ingredients, hand made in our kitchen.

Our menu is available for Brunch from 10am every Wednesday to Sunday, with lunch from 11.30am until 3.30pm.  The whole shop floor is available to hire for parties and events from 6pm.  Please get in touch if this is of interest?
