We are now taking Christmas orders and will be running our Christmas Taster nights on Thursday 30th November, Friday 1st December and will have tasters on Saturday 2nd December during the day.  You will be able to place any Christmas orders between now and the first week of December to be sure of getting the right size and quantity.

While it might seem far too early to be thinking about Christmas, some of you are more organised than others.

As usual we will be doing Free Range Bronze Turkeys from Walters Turkeys (which we can guarantee will be within 1kg of the weight you want), as well as organic and barn reared.  We will have Goose from our lovely neighbours in Watergate, cockerel, duck and game.

Ribs of Beef are always in short supply for Christmas, so if you are tempted with a French-trimmed rack of aged beef, get your order in now.

There will be plenty of smoked salmon, Christmas cake, chocolate, beer, wine and spirits, all from Sussex and Hampshire producers and other seasonal goodies, and if you want to combine a bit of everything, then we will also be doing a range of Hampers.
