Jerk Pork WrapWe have been going for nearly six weeks now, and the food coming out of the kitchen is getting better and better.  Each week Gavin refines the menu so that we have a range of outstanding dishes that keep everyone happy.

I have just finished a Pork Wrap that was amazing. The pork comes from Storrington and is tender and delicious.  Gavin took thin slices of belly and loin and marinaded them in a homemade jerk seasoning. It was then grilled and added to roasted seasonal veg (Squash, peppers, beetroot and onion) before being wrapped.  It came with a green salad, fresh mango, pickled chilli and sherry vinegar dressing,  There was also a herby basmati rice with quinoa and butter beans.

Delicious and satisfying – I now want to try the next item on the menu.  Each dish is made from scratch, with the same level of detail and depth of flavour as the pork wrap.

Available for lunch every Wednesday to Sunday 11am – 3pm.
