Christmas HamperOne of the best things about the new shop is the sheer quantity of new product that we now have on the shelves which is ideal for Christmas Hampers and stocking fillers.  There is a huge amount of local produce (over 500 items and rising) as well as more exotic foodie products from further afield.

You can either create your own Christmas hamper or we can make one up for you, with prices starting from £15.  You can easily create a Hamper using only local product (made within 30 miles of the shop).

The Boozy Box: With a choice of wines (English, sparkling & Organic), beers (Emsworth Brewhouse, Longmans, Andwel’s & Goodwood) and spirits (We have over 7 different local gins, mead, rye, rum, vodka, Damson, Sloe & Raspberry) you can ensure that it will be a very Merry Christmas.

The Breakfast Box: Again, the local choice is huge and varied with foraged jams, marmalades and jelly to rock your Christmas breakfast, along with honey (the bee man has hives on the estate), cereals, granola and muesli.  We will also have Stansted Stollen available in the week before Christmas, croissant, pastries and of course, sourdough bread.

Get Pickled: The Chutneys are legendary and will take the boxing day cold cuts to a new level.  Spiced Carrot Chutney, Hot Garlic Pickle, Coronation sauce, cucumber pickle all from local suppliers (The Sussex Condiment Co, The Garlic Farm, The Real Jam & Chutney Co, Auntie Val’s)

Cheese Bombs: The cheese bombs make ideal stocking fillers and hamper goodies as they are wax bound and will be happy out of the fridge for a day or two.  Again, we have a huge selection, but the mini black bomber truckles at £4.75 are the perennial favourite.  But if you want to be a bit more adventurous then we have Cheese Bombs with chilli, whisky, garlic, pepper and green olive amongst others.  We also have a full range of local and English Cheeses, but these might start to stink out the household if they are placed in a stocking near the fireplace.  It was be a nightmare if you kept Santa away!

The Chocolate Box: Jamie from JK Fine Chocolates has been visiting cocao estates in South America, sourcing directly from individual farms to make his incredible truffles and chocolates.  We have a good range of these, alongside Hampshire’s Summerdown Mint Chocs and the mighty Montezuma’s Chocolate bars, truffles, buttons and hot chocolate – enough to keep every chocaholic cheerfully chocca.

Lucky Dip: We have some incredible goodies from further afield, including truffle oil, striped pasta, meze dips, pates and snacks that are bound to improve the Christmas spirit.  You really can’t go wrong with tasty treats, so come on down to the Farm Shop and fill the stockings, load the hampers and get a unique foodie selection this year.
