This weekend is looking beautiful – so it’s time to fire up the BBQ and spend as much time outside as possible enjoying the weather.  Our butchers have prepared steaks, sausages, kebabs and burgers, all made with local meat and game perfect for the charcoal treatment.

We have lamb, venison, beef and pork sausages available, as well as gluten free in different flavours.  All our sausages are made in house, using the same prime cuts of meat that are in the butchery counter.  So we can tell you exactly which farm the meat came from, and which cuts go into each sausage.

The Kebab collection includes chicken and beef kebabs, some of which are pre-marinated making for quick and delicious BBQ food.

We have chicken wings, chicken thighs, steaks and burgers, and if you are after something a bit different, why not try Muntjac haunch?  Ask our butcher to butterfly the haunch which you can marinate and sear on the BBQ.
