We are looking forward to catering for the Lordington Lavender evenings this Friday and Saturday. We will be serving wood-fired pizzas, salads and marinated chicken kebabs that have be grilled on the Big Green Egg in what has to be one of the most spectacular settings you can imagine. This is a proper Summer evening, with canapes, drinks and a view over the rolling hills of the South Downs festooned with Lavender than is humming with bees, butterflies and moths.
There are still tickets available for Friday, but Saturday is now booked up. However, you can visit Lordington during the day between Monday 9th July and Sunday 15th July and it is truly spectacular.
Otherwise their wonderful products are available to buy in the shop all year round, from Essential Oils to Body and Hand Wash, Pillow and Room Spray to Dog Shampoo. It’s excellent quality and you cannot get more local, as Lordington was originally a Stansted Park farm and is our direct neighbour.
We will be looking to feed up to 250 people each evening, so will have both Pizza Ovens blazing and have enlisted the help of the Big Green Egg Taxi where we will be grilling off delicious marinated chicken kebabs. Now this is the way to travel!
