We’re excited to introduce you to Adam Hadwen, our new chef who has started working with us this week.  We know Adam from the Earl of March where he was head chef for 6 years.  He was buying venison from the Farm Shop for his menu and has been foraging and sourcing local ingredients in his cooking since he started at Annie Jones in Petersfield.  He also worked as head chef at Hurdles in Brockbridge.

Adam is excited to be using the shop as the basis for his cooking, with meat and game from our butchery, seasonal fruit & veg, topped up with foraging, allotment produce, and additional ingredients to enhance seasonal dishes.

We will continue to produce our wonderful deli menu of sausage rolls, Scotch eggs, pies and quiche, as well as pizzas during weekends and holidays, but will have a more varied menu available daily.
