We are extremely fortunate to have a wide choice of seriously good chocolatiers based locally, with a superb range in stock making ideal Christmas presents.

From JKFine Chocolates single-origin chocolates sourced direct from cocoa farmers, to the Chichester based phenomenon Montezuma’s, we have fun stocking fillers, trays of truffles and library’s of artisan chocolate to choose from.

JKFine Chocolates make what I consider some of the most delicious chocolates ever.  His award-winning triple truffles offer a cocoa journey of exquisite caramels all wrapped in a gooey brownie-like filling, crafted from either single estate cocoa beans from La Iguana’s family farm in Costa Rica or single-origin beans from Sambirano farms in North West Madagascar.  We are also stocking his Wondrous Chocolates collection which are the definition of ‘less is more’, we love that these chocolates have been made with no dairy, gluten or alcohol and taste absolutely extraordinary.

Summerdown Mints have a wonderful selection of grown up mint chocolates that come from their home-grown, harvested and distilled Black Mitcham peppermint in Hampshire.  They transform this vibrant plant into an astonishingly aromatic, barrel-aged peppermint oil, which plays the starring role in all their award-winning chocolates and teas.  These are the perfect dinner party gift.

We have a superb range of Montezumas Chocolate bars, buttons and truffles – as this local success story continues to expand their excellent range of moreish chocolates.

Cocoa Loco are fairtrade, organic and handmade in Sussex in a variety of fun shapes and styles.  Their buttons are hugely popular, with Christmassy treats ideal for stockings such as their snowmen, and thins.

The Linden Chocolate Lab make seriously good bars of flavoured chocolate without any additional sugar.  We have some tasters behind the till, but they are really good.  Flavours include: Spiced Coffee, Pink Pepper, Earl Grey and Caramel Capuccino.  They are based in Oxford, but were so different and excellent that we had to get them on board our artisan chocolate shelf.
