We have a truly wonderful selection of local gins, rums, vodka, mead, honey whisky and liqueurs perfect as stocking fillers (plenty of miniatures) presents or because you simply deserve a good drink. All of them are from local, artisan producers and make unique gifts.
We have the following producers:
Chichester Harbour Gin – Using local Chichester produce, such as seaweed, bayleaf and juniper, our friends Paul and Martin developed this unique small batch hand crafted gin using 15 botanicals and water from the South Downs. Available in 70cl, 20cl and 5cl bottles.
Portsmouth Distillery – Passionate about the artisan spirit movement and giving Portsmouth it’s own distillery and range of spirits for the first time in hundreds of years.
Fort Gin – The recipe was constructed when three key botanicals were found growing in the grounds of the Fort: Elderflower, Gorse Flower and Sea Radish.
Cinnabar Spiced Rum is a lightly spiced rum (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, coriander, nutmeg, Szechuan pepper and orange peel) that is a delicately flavoured and beautifully clear product.
1968 Rum has a rich bouquet of ripe bananas and delicious dried fruit. It is smooth enough to drink just on ice, but has enough floral content to make a fabulous T-Punch or rock a Mojito.
Chilgrove Gin – Handcrafted using traditional methods and distilled with natural mineral water filtered through the very chalk Downs which surround Chilgrove; this fine London Dry Gin marries the finest Sussex-grown botanicals together with a neutral spirit distilled from grapes
Bluewater Gin – Bottled at a super-premium 46% abv, Chilgrove Bluewater Edition is a London Dry Gin crafted using a total of fourteen botanicals including indigenous Australian and English botanicals.
Bramble Edition Gin – a seriously-smooth, ruby-red gin just bursting with fruit. Introducing blackberries carefully in these two separate parts of the gin-making process ensures that juniper remains at the forefront which, coupled with our bottling-strength of 42% abv, truly earns its title of ‘Super-Premium Gin’.

Wessex Wild Plum Company – Produces award winning drinks which are made to traditional recipes and with artisan methods, slowly produced using plums grown and harvested from their own orchards, in which they have nearly 2000 fruit trees of 12 different varieties of plums. (Sloe, Bullace, Kea & Damson in 70cl & 20cl bottles)
Chalice Mead – A modern twist on an old drink. Every bottle of Mead is blended with natural infusions in Hampshire. All extracts regarding the properties of the infusions such as Elderflower, Hawthorn, Ginger, Nettle, Blackberry and Rhubarb was taken from the book ‘A Modern Herbal’ by Mrs M Grieve first published in 1931.
Pinkster Gin – The original Pinkster gin, made from real raspberries, deliciously dry with a hint of fruit and an exceptionally smooth finish. Available in 20cl and 5cl bottles.
Gin Jam – This mildly alcoholic jam is ideal for putting the tipple in your teatime or for something slightly stronger, such as our Gin ‘n’ Jam cocktail.
Boozy Berries – Made with recycled raspberries left over from making Pinkster, these inebriated little blighters are guaranteed to pack a punch.
Two Birds Spirits – From our multi-award winning London Dry Gin to our super indulgent Salted Caramel Vodka and even our devilishly potent Absinthe; our aim is simple… To keep Britain in mighty fine spirits!
Beeble – Using honey from their own hives to make a seriously tasty whisky drink that will warm and comfort you on a winter’s evening.
