Start Christmas on the right note: Perk up breakfast with Gin Jam, Ginger Marmalade, Cornish-grown Trgothnan tea or honey that has come from beehives on the estate. Scrambled eggs can be transformed with a shaving of black truffles, and don’t leave without a decent pack of bacon (although I wouldn’t recommend putting that in your stocking!)
Get into the spirit of Christmas with a taste of wild plum liqueur or some traditional mead (from Alresford and Liss) while snacking on smoked almonds or wild boar crisps.
Spiced carrot pickle is legendary, and will work with any meat or cheese. We also have boxing day pickles, piccalilli, onion marmalade, and countless other condiments.
We have an array of cheese biscuits, quince paste or jellies to accompany the cheese, followed by local chocolates of every description, it’s now time for that tangerine and a well-earned snooze.
