Adam has been busy making delicious deli delights this week, with highlights being a charcuterie quiche with smoked almonds, olive tapenade, Serrano ham, and salami, as well as beef & root vegetable pie and a venison ragu pie. We will also have a confit duck and plum sausage roll.
As usual, we make our own pastry in house, and you can either take our deli items home (re-heat them at 180°C for 10 to 20 minutes depending on which one you have) or enjoy them in the shop with our house salad and a glass of local craft beer or a glass of wine.
The choice is rotating depending on what’s in season and what takes our fancy, so if you like the sound of any of these, best to get on down to the farm shop and bag your quiche before they are all gone. They are perfect for drinks parties, picnics and quick lunch or suppers, and if you want to have some bespoke pies or sausage rolls for an event, just get in touch.
