Picked from the local woods by our chef, Adam, and full of healthy nutrients, anti-oxidants, and free from pesticides, fungicides and herbicides, this is food as it is meant to be. You don’t need huge quantities, but a spoonful will lift any meal. We’re offering free Wild Garlic salsa verde with any joint of lamb while stocks last, just ask at the butchery counter.
However, it doesn’t just go well with lamb, but it’s also great with chicken, fish or with Yotam Ottolenghi’s vegetarian leek fritters. Instead of Yotam’s sauce, you could go with wild garlic and mix it with natural yoghurt to thicken it up a bit.
