We’re very excited to be stocking Corner 53’s latest concoction – Southsea Spirit Tropical Gin. Bursting with flavours of juniper, fresh orange, caramelised pineapple and a touch of coconut – Corner 53 have created a gin that captures the vibrant and energetic culture of their seaside home.
Produced by award-winning and critically acclained distillery Corner 53 in collaboration with The Gin Emporium, Southsea Spirit is a tropical Old Tom gin made in the bathtub style.
Starting with organic grain spirit, they add organic juniper, coriander and lemon peel to create the base. From there, they toast fresh coconut and ripe pineapple to intensify the flavours before adding extra zing with fresh naval orange peel.
The final product is a true liquid sunshine – perfect for that tropical state of mind!
Serve with fresh orange peel and a good quality Indian tonic, or mix to create the perfect south coast.
