Locally grown Chalkstream trout, available as fresh fillets, smoked and sliced or Springs smoked salmon, gravadlax and mackerel makes for a quick and easy breakfast, lunch or starter,

We have Bosham-made Christmas puddings and mince pies to finish – perfect with loads of homemade brandy butter.
