A massive congratulations to Sarah, our butchery apprentice, who has been awarded Best New Apprentice at the annual Institute of Meat Awards. Sarah’s award will be presented to her by her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal at the Butcher’s Hall in London on the 24th February.
As many of you already know, Sarah has been doing a superb job at our butchery counter. She is already extremely knowledgeable about food, is keen to learn, and is a superb communicator with customers. This has clearly been noticed by her tutor at Plumpton College who put her forward for the award, which of course she duly won.
We will keep you updated on the awards ceremony and would like to congratulate Sarah again on her cheerful dedication to her new career.
