Susana & Daughters Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Susana has been making delicious Kefir for many years using a superb family recipe that results in the best-tasting, healthy kefir. Now she has started distributing her family’s olive oil, after joining in the harvest with her daughters. At a time when it’s almost impossible to know what blends, mixes and quality goes into most ‘olive oil’, there are many reasons to celebrate a product that can be traced back to the family who harvested the olives at their farm in Jaen, Spain.

1 – It’s Extra Virgin & 1st Cold Pressed – no contact with solvents or nasty chemicals. They are mechanically extracted at cold temperatures to maintain their premium quality. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is the healthiest and most stable of all oils and fats for cooking due to the high content of polyphenols which protect the properties of the olive oil at high temperatures.
2 – Early Harvest – From health benefits, to taste, to heat resistance – Early Harvest olive oil is the most premium option when it comes to olive oils.
3 – Only Picual Olives, not mixed with other olives. Picual olives are one of the healthier varieties due to their high polyphenol levels. These are natural antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds which provide the majority of the health and medical benefits.
4 – Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), made solely from olives grown in Jaen.
