Our local Westlands Strawberries are now joined by their raspberries as the sunshine has brought them to full ripeness. Grown 15 miles away in Wickham, we are getting a fresh delivery daily and as a result, they are fantastically fresh and tasty. You can smell them as you walk past, because they are picked only when they are ripe.
Best enjoyed straight out of the punnet, or with Goodwood double cream and Farmhouse Cookery’s Pavlova, these berries are the ultimate summer pick-me-up.
