This Saturday, 13th May, Susana & Daughters will be joining us for a tasting of their beautiful Kefir and their fantastic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  Come by from 10.30 am to 1pm and have a taste – the kefir is so good for your gut microbiome, but most kefir you buy or make is pretty unpleasant and needs to be hidden in a large bowl of muesli.  Susana has instead created a genuinely delicious kefir that you can enjoy neat.  It’s made from Cowdray Estate’s non-homogenized milk and delivered weekly by Susana, who has used an old family recipe to create a kefir that is not too fizzy, not too sour, not too thick, but bursting with goodness and just the right amount of creaminess.

On top of the kefir, Susana returned to her Spanish home to help harvest olives at the family farm.  She has bottled this First Cold Pressed, single origin, Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Picual olives.  Grassy, fresh, delicious and healthy, and sourced from Susana herself, you will need to get yourself a bottle in time for a tasting.
