We have added a superb variety of pre-cut smoked and air dried slices from the Weald Smokery to our charcuterie selection.  With smoked venison, Salt Beef, Meroni Coppa Tipo Parma and other salamis to tempt you, all from this award-winning Sussex smokery.

The Weald Smokery have deliberately stayed small to maintain their high standards and remain close to their suppliers. They know where every single fish, cut of meat and round of cheese comes from and are naturally very selective ton ensure the finest quality.

They produce their smoked products using traditional techniques, which ensures products retain their truly authentic taste and texture. At the same time, their preparation areas are all state of the art, guaranteeing products maintain their quality, from kiln to customer.
