We have some delicious new non-alcoholic drinks in this week, including Sparkling Tea and some outstanding wild botanical drinks that we have enjoyed tasting and can highly recommend.
Real’s Sparkling Tea, Royal Flush, is made using first flush Darjeeling, the Queen of Tea, fermented to produce a non-alcoholic Sparkling which is full of flavour and complexity. Fragrant and fresh on the nose with notes of stone fruits and juicy blackcurrants. Delicately acidic on the palate with flavours of rhubarb, peach, and a hint of spice. The perfect partner to grilled white fish, charcuterie, or a special picnic. Ideal in this weather when you don’t really want alcohol, but do want a refreshing, interesting glass of sparkling.
We also have 5 flavours of Nuisance drinks, premium soft drinks that can be enjoyed as they are, or which make for superb mixers. Made with unusual ingredients such as nettle and bramble, they are perfect for a wild mocktail or cocktail.
