We will have some spectacular handmade Easter Eggs available this weekend, alongside our Montezumas range of eggs and Cocoa Loco’s Marbled bunny rabbits.  Lavinia Lewis is a highly qualified chef, having worked at several 2 Michelin Starred restaurants, including Story by Tom Sellers and Marcus Wearing at the Berkeley Hotel.  She has been a private chef since 2015 (Etoile Catering), moved to West Sussex in 2018 and became a Chocolatier after training with Master Chocolatier Mark Tilling at Squires School.

The chocolate Easter Eggs were made using Single Origin Venezuelan Chocolate produced by Valrhona – 72% dark chocolate. I tend to use single origin, fair trade and, where possible organic chocolate and I consider Valrhona to be the best to work with.
The eggs have been hand tempered, hand molded and hand painted using Icing Sugar and Icing sugar decorations and natural colorants all made in West Sussex.
