We are excited that the Mobile Fish Company will set up their stall outside the farm shop every Wednesday from 11am to 2pm starting next week. The business is run by Simon Skeates and Albert Tafa, who source the freshest fish with excellent filleting skills. You can get fish whole, butterflied, pin-boned or even ‘pocketed’ where they removed the bones from a flatfish, but leave the fish intact so that you can stuff it. It’s great to have fresh fish back, and please support them if you can.
You can pre-order your fish, with a weekly price list on the Mobile Fish Company website. They have a lovely array of shellfish, including dressed crab and lobster, langoustine and scallops.
They also have a loyalty card, giving you £10 off when you buy from them 10 times.
