We’re very sad to be saying goodbye to Vicky, who is moving on to a new job at the Watercress Line and stepping away from the kitchen.
Vicky has been a fantastic deli chef over the years — the creator of so many of our favourite pies, quiches, and sausage rolls, always finding inventive ways to use whatever seasonal ingredients we had in abundance. Her brownies, cookies, florentines, and flapjacks have become firm favourites, earning a loyal following among our regulars.
The whole team is sad to see her go, but we’re excited for her as she takes on this new chapter, and we wish her every success and happiness in her new role.
You’ll soon see some new creations appearing on the deli counter — still of our usual great quality, but with a few new twists as we bring in some fresh ideas and flavours.
