Lady P makes beautiful tarts, cakes and cookies, as well as delicious Sussex Cheese Finnies and moreish shortbread – they are all handmade in small batches with a pile of love and quality, locally sourced ingredients. Savoury tarts come in a handmade crisp pastry case filled with vegetables and/or cheese with a savoury custard. with regular flavour combos: Red Onion & Goat’s Cheese, Brie & Roasted Tomato, Cheddar & Leek in individual size (11cm each). Sussex Cheese Finnies are savoury biscuits which are made to their own special recipe using the local award-winning farmhouse cheddar cheese.
Carol from the Sausage Roll Kitchen in Ford is making our sausage rolls that are still made with Scott Free Range Pork, award-winning with a fantastic fan base, we are excited to stock these delicious sausage rolls, available this week in traditional and red onion flavours.
