Local Food and Drink Catered for Every Occasion
Our Farm Shop team can cater for any event, from a kid’s pizza party in our courtyard to a 6-course wedding for 150 guests. We can come to you (as long as you are local) or you can party in the magnificent timber-framed farm shop and courtyard, which is available to hire in the evenings from 5.30pm.
We specialise in food and drink from Sussex and Hampshire, so that you will know which farm, fisherman or producer your meal has come from. We use meat from our own butchery counter, fish and shellfish from local dayboats, and seasonal fruit and vegetables as the basis of each menu. As a result, you will get the freshest tasting seasonal menu where the ingredients do the talking.
We use Big Green Egg charcoal ovens, the OFYR grill and wood-fired pizza ovens to give those ingredients maximum flavour from locally sourced wood smoke. This outdoor cooking can add a sense of theatre to your event, while making the food taste incredible.
Our chef, Gavin Leigh began his career in 1992 as an apprentice chef at The Savoy in London. He has cooked at Michelin starred and Relais and Chateaux properties in England, the Caribbean, America and New Zealand. We can theme your event with food to match, while relying on local, seasonal ingredients.
