Join us for an evening of Christmas Canapés, mince pies, drinks and late-night shopping – with Free Range Bronze Turkey straight off the BBQ, succulent gammon, homemade stuffing balls and a selection of local cheeses, olives and charcuterie.

The kitchen will be serving a selection of hot food from 5.15pm until 6.30pm.

Alistair Gibson from Heritage Cellars will have a bevvy of Christmas wines to taste, which will be matched with turkey and beef and Christmas fayre.

Susana & Daughters will showcase her delicious organic Spanish rice, grown and packed directly from the farm in Albufera, alongside her family’s olive oil and kefir.

Long Man Brewery will be sampling their award-winning local beers, made from regeneratively home-grown barley in the South Downs National Park.

And you can try the “positively dangerous” 3 Gold Star award-winning Spirit of the Downs brandy and spirits, made from the pressed grapes of the finest small-batch Sussex sparkling wine producers.

The wonderful Christine from the Fine Olive Co will guide you through Christmas tapas, olives, and local cheeses.

We are also offering a bespoke hamper and cheeseboard service so that you can create the ultimate foodie hamper for that elusive perfect present, for those who don’t really need anything except great food and drink.
