We are excited to be launching our first curry night which will take it’s influence from a range of Indian cooking, while using local produce for our main ingredients. Gavin will be preparing each dish by hand using the freshest ingredients for a truly remarkable curry night.
You can match your food with Gin and Tonic (using Chichester Harbour Gin) and our homemade tonic water. We will also serve recommended beers with each course. There will be wine available, but we would recommend gin or beer!
The menu will be:
Homemade Poppadoms, mango chutney, house pickles & yogurt.
Lobster Samosa with Chilli & Coriander Salad
Whole South Downs Lamb Masala
Chops marinated & grilled
Shoulder dry rubbed, slow roasted
Butterflied Leg in yogurt marinade
Lamb Masala Kebab
Black Lentil Daal
Seasonal Veg Curry
Lychee & Ginger Soup, coconut sorbet, mango straws
