Edible Christmas Presents – Cooking Demo

Andy Stephenson from Hallidays in Funtington will be running this excellent demonstration that shows you how to cook delicious nibbles for Christmas. Starting with Spiced nuts, you can turn a regular pack of nuts into a warm, spicy and delicious snack that everyone will love with a celebratory Christmas drink.
Andy will follow this up with some parmesan and poppy seed biscuits – scrummy on their own, but fantastic with some of our great local cheeses as well.
Finally Andy will finish by showing you how to create Salted Lemon Fudge – perfect to make edible gifts for friends and family, or even to finish off a Christmas meal. Treat yourself with these simple but highly effective recipes.
