February Seasonal Supper

If you need a little lift from the Winter Blues, then this menu is sure to get the taste buds jumping. You may think that seasonal food at this time of year is a little dull, but we would argue otherwise:
Local Charcuterie Canapés
Tea Smoked Goose Spring Roll, Scallops, Cabbage – Chilli Vinaigrette
Venison Wellington – Jerusalem Artichoke Mash, Spinach & Red Wine Sauce
Crème Brûlée – Blood Orange Compote , Almond Biscotti
If you have not been to one or our suppers before, then here is a brief explanation. It’s a set dinner (although we make allowances for dietary requirements, so please ask) and any drinks are in addition. We have a selection of wines, beers and soft drinks and will be offering Chichester Harbour G&T’s on the night. We have one long candlelit communal table, that runs the length of the shop and you can come on your own, as a couple or a small group of friends. (We do private parties if you want to get a big group together).
All the ingredients are in season and are locally sourced where possible. We make everything from scratch and it’s usually a very popular and entertaining evening. Tickets available to buy below…
