The Hedgerow Foraging Course will be run by Christine from the Hedgerow Apothecary. After meeting at the farm shop, the group will walk through the Stansted Estate gathering rosehips and elderberries while Christine discusses foraging and pointing out different plants, fruits and herbs and their uses.

Once you have collected your bounty, you will return to the farm shop to prepare the rosehips and elderberries. As they cook, you will enjoy a yummy lunch before returning to check on the progress of the Rosehip syrup and elderberry syrup cordial. These will then be bottled for you to take home.
