Lamb Butchery Course

This is a hands on course for 4 people. Each person will learn to butcher half a lamb under the expert guidance of our butcher Gavin. You will need to be proficient with a knife.
You will learn the following:
- Butchery knife skills
- How to break down a carcass
- discover all the different joints
- how to bone and roll
- Make sausages
- cooking tips for all the various cuts.
At the end of the course you will get to take home a lamb box, all packed up and ready to go.
All our lamb is reared within the South Downs National Park on Sussex pastures.
