This will be a five course meal using produce sourced from as close to the farm shop as possible. The exact menu will be finalized closer to the time to make sure we take advantage of what produce is at its best, but we are planning to have the following courses:
- Mixed canapes
- Stansted Venison Course
- Pete’s Fish Course
- Seasonal Salad and Wood roasted vegetable Course
- Summer Berries and pudding
Ideally we will have as much foraged and wild as we can get our hands on, Gavin will be cooking with our wood-fired oven and if the weather is good then we will sit outside in the summer evening.
Local beer, wine and spirits will also be available.
