Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Christmas spices

FreeGavin Leigh is the Stansted Farm Shop butcher as well as a highly acclaimed chef. Gavin will show you how to get the best results from a shoulder of pork, by first brining the pork, then slow roasting for a sensational joint that will simply fall apart into delicious mouthfuls. Short of having your own hog roast, this is the best way to get an incredible pulled pork sandwich.
Gavin will add lots of delicious spices to give this a seasonal slant, as well as giving helpful tips on mass catering over the Christmas period using seasonal veg.
He will be using the pizza oven as part of the demonstration – with it’s wood burning high temperatures, you will see that this is a highly versatile piece of cooking equipement that should not be left for pizzas alone.
