This Month’s Seasonal Supper will champion wood-fired alfresco dinning.  We will be cooking the majority of the menu off the OFYR grill which gives a superb, smoky flavour and a little bit of evening drama.  A mighty Storrington Pork Chop sizzling over flames will get you in the mood, and this will be a relaxed and entertaining evening.  Bring friends and family and enjoy a memorable English Summer Evening with superb food and good company.
