Join us for an incredible Sushi Masterclass in the Farm Shop with Michelin-trained, multi-award winning chef, Neil Witney, who is co-founder of Little Fish. You will discover the basics of sushi making in this hands-on course under the watchful eye of Neil.

• Rice preparation, washing & cooking
• Make some rice seasoning
• Vegetable prep
• Fish sourcing and prep
• Making of 3 types of sushi rolls
• Making of some nigiri

Once you have made, garnished and presented your sushi and nigiri, you can then eat your work!!!

We hosted one of these masterclasses last year and it was enormous fun while also providing you with loads of delicious sushi to eat and take home.  It’s a wonderful experience and you’ll develop serious sushi-making skills.
