Wild About Garlic – Leap Year Dinner

This is a Leap Year dinner – only available once every four years, so we’ve themed it so that you can get every meal in one sitting. Wild garlic is just springing up as I type – earlier than usual due to the wet, mild winter, so there will be elements of wild garlic and other foraged herbs throughout the meal.

Sauteed foraged greens

This is always a cracking night as a customer from one of our previous evenings said:
It was such a pleasure to see how much you celebrated foraged and local food – preparing it and presenting it so handsomely. Most importantly – it tasted great and provided surprises without exhausting novelty. It was a proper feast.
